Power Extreme facilities include two large rooms with mats for class instruction,
five-rope ring for sparring, two bag stands, grappling dummies, weights, cardio
equipment, and refreshments for recharging. We have one lead instructor and one
assistant instructor for each scheduled class. Additional coaches are also on-site
for individualized instruction, sparring, and advice.
 Individualized training sessions
can also be scheduled.
